silx.gui.plot.actions.histogram

silx.gui.plot.actions.histogram provides actions relative to histograms for PlotWidget.

The following QAction are available:

class PixelIntensitiesHistoAction(plot, parent=None)[source]

QAction to plot the pixels intensities diagram

Parameters

  • plot – PlotWidget instance on which to operate

  • parent – See QAction

computeIntensityDistribution()[source]

Get the active image and compute the image intensity distribution

getHistogramPlotWidget()[source]

Create the plot histogram if needed, otherwise create it

Returns

the PlotWidget showing the histogram of the pixel intensities

getHistogram()[source]

Return the last computed histogram

Returns

the histogram displayed in the HistogramPlotWiget
