Installation

At ESRF

At ESRF, the latest version of integrator is already installed, and you can go directly to the usage page.

Custom/local installation

To install the stable version on your machine/environment:

pip install integrator-xrd

To install the current development version:

pip install git+https://gitlab.esrf.fr/tomotools/integrator

Dependencies

All the dependencies should be automatically installed when issuing pip install. For the record, the dependencies are

• numpy

• h5py, hdf5plugin

• silx

• distributed, dask_jobqueue

• tomoscan, nabu

• and of course, pyFAI
